Ghost Guru did you see the part of him pressing the offense? If you didn't, you weren't paying attention to the whole video. Chino controls the game by controlling the tempo. The only games they lose if when the other team can run with them and really lock down, or if they slow down the tempo. Chino forced so many possessions to be less than 8 seconds so they made poor shots and then went down and made the easy shot. It's part of the play style it's not him not playing defense.
