I appreciate this podcast and needed this many years ago. I have been on a journey and have learned a ton from Joe Dispensa! My wife is a mindset coach and I can thank her for walking beside me as I grow! Learning self worth and working through the programming that we all have been brought up with! Just a quick correction. Atomic habits is by James Clear not Adam Grant. Although Adam Grant does have many fantastic books.
