Planning solutions of our project is one of the most successful and popular layouts on our channel. It combined four main factors in terms of location relative to the cardinal points, having the most correct location of living rooms and auxiliary premises.
Let's take a closer look at the plan of the first floor: when entering from the side of the street, we find ourselves in a large vestibule and the vestibule window is the only window towards the street on the first floor, and we don’t need more. Next, we pass by the dressing room and, if necessary, of course, we will use it. Behind the dressing room there is a staircase with a small corridor, which makes it possible to go to the second floor without disturbing the resting people on the first floor. From the same corridor we can go to the boiler room, sanitary unit and guest room. The last room we can get into from this corridor is the pantry, but conditionally this is already a different zoning of the premises, so from the corridor we get into a large kitchen and living room with an area of ​​more than 50 m2, with huge panoramic windows and a sliding system that makes it possible to access the open terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of your garden.
On the second floor we have two large living rooms, one of them has a large dressing room. Of course, the main feature of the second floor, and the house as a whole, is a large exploitable roof, which makes it possible to spend time in the morning and evening. Especially such a terrace will appeal to people who are fond of yoga and, in general, physical activity, because the terrace area allows you to perform many complex exercises. It is worth adding one more feature of the terrace: this is compensation for the area of the first floor, which more often needs to be repeated on the second residential floor, which is not always justified, as in our case.
