One thing she should've been made to bring up is what happened on the beach. To this day, Reyhan still doesn't know why Emir did that to her. She doesn't know about the changes to his father's Will, and the reason Emir once again threw money at her after going through the trouble of taking her out to the beach and setting up a romantic dinner. She should wonder how can she trust him, not only because of his initial promise of never loving her, never touching her again or treating her as his wife, but she should wonder how does she know if she believes him again, he won't just set her up for another humiliation like he did that day at the beach? Honestly, that to me is what should be traumatizing Reyhan just as much, if not more than his swearing from their first week of marriage. I mean at that point, they still barely knew each other, and hadn't even been married that long. But when Emir did what he did on the beach, that was after weeks of them living together, going through several hardships together, and her already forgiving him for his earlier mistakes, not to mention trusting him because of how he had repeatedly saved her life. If I were Reyhan, having faith Emir wasn't setting me up again for something else would be harder to do than forgetting about him promising never to love me.

Jo Woods Usually such couples remarry when are in real love after an arranged marriage and I’m thinking the same, but it’s not a religious reason rather an romantic one so that they make good memories! According to koffarah the conditions depend on the words used in anger, they would have to remarry if Emir had mentioned divorce! But he said about keeping distance which can optionally be corrected by keeping certain days of fasting and refreshing the oath of marriage ( belonging to one another physically and with their heart and soul to their spouse till they are married and for the rest of life) or, to pay certain amount of charity to the poor if they are rich enough, exactly what Emir does after asking his Khadijah mother And yes! May I have gotten excited too many times to be disappointed the very next day. Too much misunderstanding just doesn't work when it happens over and over again. I have not watched it yet but, I will hold back with being elated for now. We can always hope that things get better but, like in the past, it is doubtful.
