It sounds like I'm exaggerating when I say this, but this anime hooked me faster and harder than almost any other anime I've watched. I've watched the first season twice in the past week. It's the first anime that made me want to read the manga. It's only like 12 episodes, if you have time you could whip it out in a day. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

I think Ray himself doesn't even realise how much he truely cares for his friends. I mean, its Norman and Emma they have known each other for years and he of all people would've known they wouldn't willingly accept their deaths like he did but try to find any way out I mean think about it .. if they hadn't gone out there it would have been better for them but in Ray telling them both Emma and Norman got opportunities to live - Emma offered Mama and Norman brother or something like that and I genuinely think rather than Ray simply wanting them to be 'prepared for their deaths' he wants them to live. And thats why I love him
