hello thank you for the information, im im looking to buy a big land about 6 to 10 Acres then rezoned yo have multiple multi family buildings up to 4, 3 bedrooms each. I would need your help with this.

This is a great video! I wish you would have covered 'No Zoning, we are currently in the process of purchasing a property with No Zoning but is in the local city's ETJ. The county nor the city seem to give me a clear answer as to whether or not we could develop this land into an R.V parking area. Any ideas or guidance? Love the channel. New subscriber!
