Laguna Beach is basically just an open air gay bar

Subway is gone now. Taco Bell is gone now. One or two "hole in the wall" places, and Jack-in-the-Box are all that's left Median price is now 3M. Yes, "strong community" but that also means lots of politics and neighborhood drama. Laguna Beach residents have gotten older and richer. it is not a "diverse" community. Very rare that artists can afford to live here any more.
