It always rains there, never a sunny day in the summer. Outdoor activities are extremely expensive. Indoor shooting practice against other humans. No jobs or housing, but the County Fair is fun. They have a Grocery store with prices that would make Whole Foods blush.

I install pool tables every now and again in deep creek. Beautiful place, love it during the fall and wisp for snowboarding

You need an indoor water park to attract people all year round. Not enough for kids to do on a rainy day
