I rented a lovely house to a lovely married couple. They got devorced, she moved out with the kids, he got depressed AF, started drinking heavily, had kidney problems and stopped paying his rent. - £10,000 rent - £4000 solcitors fees -£2400 for a replacement boiler (he got angry and smashed it up in a drunken rage) - £5000 fixing it back up! I LOVED being a landlord 👌

@ I hope you find some calm in 2025. I get more out of them when you’re not swearing. But hey, the channel is clearly growing so it must be just me. I just feel so lucky every day with what we’ve achieved and it just feels like you are angry. Which if you are making 10 million a year as you mentioned recently, I’d be as calm as a cucumber and pretty happy. Please don’t be angry, Jamie.

I love reits got 46.4% of my stock portfolio allocated to them with 44.7% in PRS Reit BTR. Will be building up my Reit positions over 2025 ( In stocks such as £GRI £SEGO £SHC etc ) as the uk interest rates stay high until new government takes over. Good thing with reits is you are completely hands off all you need to do is value NTA and Cashflows and future pipeline. Im expecting PRS Reit to sell off but only time will tell. Reit act like UK Treasury bills. You get a Dividend around 5% however you are gaining more assets and you can wait on NTA corrections.
