Edit: I see some comments saying that the MTF didn't exist yet in the timeline of this proposal, it's still impressive because he had no training for this kind of thing or even had any idea what he was up against. This is my personal favourite scp-001. For me it makes sense. the military find some strange creature that kills several soldiers and dr. Keter and they finally contain it. And they wonder, “what else is there?” And then the rest is history.

I think the "sheaf of papers" makes more sense to be the first scp. Because in my opinion the first SCP being the prototype doesn't make sense. Because how could they contain something so powerful as their very first SCP? But the sheaf of papers is a safe class so it would be easier to contain it and they would be able to see future SCPs and the Foundation grows more powerful as they learn more about the SCPs they are gonna have to contain and is able to contain more powerful SCPs. I just started watching Dr. Bob’s videos and I love them. Can’t get enough but if you’re looking for a good video suggestion on SCP 001 proposals, how about the SCP 001 The Spiral Path? They're not evil but they're certainly not good. They're a neutral entity that is obsessed with keeping humanity in the dark, even if it's t the detriment of humanity and innocent people / entity's that just happen to be anomalous. They completely dehumanise you if you're in anyway anomalous, you become an "it". They also won't help humanity in anything caused by natural means like they can fix global warming pretty easily but because it is man made, in the future when it's a serious problem they just let humanity deal poorly with it. I'd argue the Chaos Insurgency are a more morally better organisation, they want to give anomalies to the world and have people benefit off them

This SCP must go to the Keter Class, due to him/her being a very powerful, fast and very hostile creature, as the creature can get out of it's cell and cause chaos if the power goes out. Also, I feel like a video about the Prototype vs the SCP 106: The Old Man would be a fight to see who is more powerful, but also a great video to watch. Hope you have a great day Dr. Bob.
