The Proud Family: Dr. Payne Moments

He is the doctor Trudy calls when someone in the family gets hurt. He may be a good doctor, but he is a rough one. When it comes to treating injuries of those from Oscar and Felix, it really hurts. He does care for his patient's need for treatment and respects Suga Mama, but he does not even care of Oscar's sympathy and just yells, "Quiet, Fool!" and refuses to take it easy on him, especially when Oscar protests his medical bills. His tough demeanor might stem from the fact that he worked as a military doctor.

Lollipops are made by “melting” sugar and pouring it into the shape, it’s quite likely that the agent(the thing in the vaccine your immune system reacts to) would denature or otherwise be damaged at that temperature, so you wouldn’t be able to mix it in. Additionally taking a vaccine orally is at best going to be far less effective, and at worst completely useless, because the agent is unlikely to get into your bloodstream that way. Really the only viable non-needle option is a nasal spray.

Even if it were possible to mix a vaccine into molten sugar without damaging it, sucking on the resulting lollipop wouldn’t result in very much of the vaccine getting where it needs to be - the bloodstream.
