It’s because boxing judges score on efficiency and the ai misses a lot of shots

@Kiefyt yhh but, they have to consider damage too..I mean there's rounds Pry's health stats are getting annihilated with power shots and they give him the round cause he landed more jabs. Has to be a balance.

@lofipro2209 I'm just saying that canelo fight was not a 10 to 2 round fight. Canelo won more rounds then he was given and was doing way more damage. Scorecards looking like homecooking.

I wonder if they are gonna add more licensed fighters that are fighting rn so career more fun wit the matchups like all the big name fighters also I would like to see us do press conferences etc… whenever the full game releases but great series and keep doing your thing man 💯

I swear my first career playthrough was like a movie. Undefeated in Welterweight all the way through Crawford and Sugar Ray, going into a fight with Canelo 33-0. It was the most amazing back and forth, he rocks me, I piece him in with 5-hit combos, all on Undisputed difficulty mind you. We Draw... 33-0-1. My record is gone! I say why not, another challenge, the last of my career. Everything rides on this rematch between me and Canelo. It goes about the same as before for the first 2-3 rounds, back and forth exchanges, but the 4th out of 12 hits and I begin to believe in myself and realize my speed is far above his. I've build my character upon the path of overwhelming my enemies, so once I gain the confidence in my stats I realize that I'm actually faster than Saul Canelo Alverez! A hard fought battle of back and forth hooks, jabs, straights and uppercuts, and miraculously I win by unanimous decision. Absolutely breathtaking fight against the best, it really does feel like the pros are a whole different level in career mode, and the goats are even more so. Anywho, it was incredible. I'm so excited for the "soon" to be updates to the career mode and the game itself. Commentary could use a lot of work in the game in general (Can't stand the announcers talking about fighter retirement over and over tbh) but it's really molded into a good gameplay direction imo. Hits feel good and it's very fluid with the movement, which is peak for me.

You can just click the left analog to switch between fight sharpness and weight reduction. So you don’t have to switch back and forth between tabs all the time.
