This video had a lot of redundant information that repeated a lot in the explanation of the information about the trickster and it got distracting because of its redundancy. I’d recommend to have your script proof read by someone who could proof read it because there was a lot of redundant information that repeated, and by having someone proof read it might sound less redundant.

in my experience, no, it was activated when i was starting to be "consumed" by my ego. So i'd say he is defense mechanism of the real you aka the self. It was also after his appearance that i started to implement my shadow successfully.
