Another casual classic Jim & Tammy Show. Tammy has fun with the audience. Frank Gamble updates the viewers about upcoming events. Jim talks about the Heritage Towers, Bunkhouses and the Boarding House. Tammy sings "Somebody Touched Me". Jim and Tammy talks with Troy Beyer, an actress from Dallas and many other special guests in the living room. One of the best care-free episodes.

Very light hearted show to say the least. Tammy was especially funny. It was a great day for everyone in the studio.

It's really sad to think that 99% of that studio audience is most probably gone now. The little old lady Eleanor reminds me of my mawmaw. RIP 😔❤

Yes, it's sad and so true. So glad we have film, videotape and audiotape to preserve those moments.

He really began with a wonderful idea and plans. So sad it all got ahead of him. Oh how I miss knowingTammy Faye was alive and well!!!!! We certainly could use her wise words and sweet smile.

You're welcome, M J! This episode was packed with a lot of entertainment and information. The year was 1986 and had to be before November since Jim wanted the towers to be topped off by November 1st. I'm thinking the airing might have been in Sept. or Oct.

Tammy didn't seem at all very interested off the mebership program (maybe she wondered if it would actually work) sitting down and wanting the show go on when Ji was talking about it. This seems like a sweet show, very sad it went the way it did. Jim clearly had huge dreams, he probably took lots of money for himself but I'm not sure he really meant to scam people and I definitely don't think he wanted Heritage USA to go down, maybe he dreamt too big and made stupid, possibly greedy mistakes. Tammy seems like a genuinely lovely person, a real Christian. I don't think she was involved in any of the money and management things, here she seems pretty uninterested so maybe she didn't even understand what everything was about and how much money it was about. I'm not saying she didn't make any mistakes though, her dressing the way she did probably made some people look down at her. I love though that she was herself and how she was comfortable and wanted other people to be able to be themselves too (gay peopleas example).

I agree. Jim needed CPA's on his Board rather than ministers. And a good CFO. His heart was in the right place but execution was poor & how many people can we say that about including ourselves.

Nothing was wrong with the way Tammy Faye dressed. She was way ahead of her time! She dressed beautifully and had great style! Beautiful inside and out! Love the fact that she stayed true to herself! Be yourself! Be who God created you to be!

Ugh, Jim and his meaningless, silly buildings! Always building something this or something that. He could never be happy with what he had. Always had to be building something new. Wasting time and money. Too bad Tammy couldn’t stay there and stay on the air after Jim went to prison. Some of these programs that Tammy hosted alike were so much better, and had so much more ministry.
