Great video Tim! I haven't picked up any Punta Mes yet. I had your bottle of Espolon but it didn't set well with my palate and ended up giving it away. I have another bottle of tequila that I was given but haven't tried mixing with it yet. Cheers Tim!

SEAN!!! Thanks a bunch!!! You can def swap out the Tequila. To me, Punt e Mes is a must have. You could use it as Sweet Vermouth or as an Amaro. There's nothing that tastes like it!!! CHEERS to you!!!

Looks very interesting; I too enjoy Punt e Mes a lot. I'm going to try this one since I like playing with tequila and some bitterness, as in the Rosita. I do have a question though... Since limes can vary a bit in both size and juiciness, I generally am not in love with recipes calling for the "juice of a lime (or lemon)." What do you think? Is this 1 1/2 ounces? Can we be a bit more precise, my friend? Sorry to be a stick in the mud. Oh, one more thing, I like your background music!

JOEL!!! To me, Punt e Mes is a cross between Sweet Vermouth, and slightly bitter Amaro that has hints of Campari. I use it as Amaro most of the time, but I love it as a Vermouth. It def worked with this Tequila!!! I think you'd like this!! CHEERS!!!
