We humans to submit to God means believing in one Creator, giving up sins of this physical world. In the western world it means giving up sexual promiscuity, alcohol, drugs, vain talk, greed, interest, violence and some other sins. These can be difficult to give up. Basically follow Sharia law. If you can do that you attain a level of purity. Which is the perfection of mankind.

The purpose of creation is because of God's LOVE for all SOULS to have a MEDIUM to experience the dualistic nature of matter (materialism) and ultimately realize the TEMPORAL nature of matter and that it is the spiritual (spiritualism) merger of our soul with that of God that gives PERMANENT bliss, wealth of all wealths and the pleasure of all pleasures. It is God's nature to create. Creation takes place from out of his superconsciousness and one day his creation will dissolve back or be sucked into his superconsciousness. Without creation, us souls will be in limbo viz in suspended darkness, without a medium to evolve spiritually. Evolution of the soul, which exactly consists of a mental body (intellect), is over many. many, many births and deaths. Its really boils down ultimately to a CHOICE given to us souls between God(spiritualism) and Matter (materialism). This is the same message found in every scripture.
