In this video coaching newsletter I discuss 2 different emails from 2 different viewers. The 1st email is from a viewer who met a girl at the gym he works at. For the first few weeks he was hanging out, having fun and hooking up just like 3% Man, teaches. Then he got over confident and sloppy. She started backing off and eventually asked for space. Now he’s in limbo and not sure what to do next as it’s been a month since, but she comes to his classes and stays to talk with him sometimes. The 2nd email is from a viewer who was dating a girl who went back to her ex, but is now contacting him again. He tried several times, but she would not commit to a definite date. For the past 4 months she reaches out, but hasn’t brought up getting together. However, this last time she was asking him for favors and he’s not sure how to respond.

You can read 3 percent man as many times as you want (and yes I read it over 15 times) but if you never learn to read yourself, you'll never get good at deep, intimate and authentic connection. That requires therapy for most people because their egoic masks (covering up their traumas) will still remain intact after reading the book and will eventually (when triggered) make them act uncentered. You have to learn how to accept all parts of yourself fully. That is what something like IFS therapy does, which I can very much recommend.

I think the issue is, most guys just want simple relationship, with one good woman. Once we meet a woman that we really like we get overexcited, which naturally results in chasing. We simply go after what we want, which is fine in any other areas of our lives except dating. So the woman feels that this guy is all over her, and she pulls away. Now the guy is lost, and that’s when Corey comes in. Corey’s simplified advice is to leave her alone and go out, meet bunch of other women. Which is a great advice, but once you start following it you become emotionally numb to the original woman (or woman that used to excite you), they drop value in your eyes; she used to be your 9, but now she’s 6. All excitement is gone, and who wants to be with 6 for the rest of his life? So you have to keep dating and dating, “looking for the right one”, you need to become serial dater. The issue with this attitude is that you won’t really end up with any women for long term, they all eventually become boring 6s…

Wrong. If you stop chasing her and she comes back and start chasing you, she will be more attractive because she is showing she wants to be with you and is being giving and a good GF. The women who give you nothing and turn you down and you have to chase them are zeros. Even if looks wise they are 10's, you are NOT getting them chasing them and acting needy. If she comes back and starts chasing you, then she will be a real 9.

I would've thought that way months ago, but it's not a rule set in stone, it's not about technique'ing in life, it's just understanding that you want an outcome and you expect it to be some way, so you negotiate to get it. Unless you get what you're supposed to, you take away what you're giving and do business elsewhere. Love is giving, but you can't put yourself down or put someone else on a pedestal, because that's when people takes advantage of you. Being b-hurt is also a bad negotiation mindset. I think it sums it all up to being centered and understanding the value you offer.

I hurt my ex by not telling her I had a son in a different state that I'm currently working on getting visitation with. She found out through old social media.
