Love it. It sucks that .. our brethren are deceived all over the world. Taking the Grace of God for granted ... Just thinking they can achieve some sort of righteousness in this decaying flesh not giving glory to God thinking they're giving glory to God. Mixing the body of Christ scriptures with the ones for Israel. I used to be deceived too but always felt confused reading Paul's EPISTLES and then reading the books meant for Israel. Clearly there's a difference between Paul's EPISTLES and the books for Israel but we act like there's none. Different things for different people. For example the book of James where it says that faith without works is dead and then Paul saying in Romans 3:28 that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.. so.. clearly a contradiction. But they act like there's none.. just sad. It's like they're scared of going against God and his word.. not understanding that we are allowed to ask questions.. so that we can understand what we're reading. They lie saying the holy spirit is guiding them when he's clearly not guiding them to confusion which is what they're trapped in..

Amen . . The overcomers that come from the Body of Christ, will one day replace that incumbent ruler, Satan, and his emissaries, the principalities and powers, and rule with Christ from the heavenly places. This is what the Christian "hope" is all about. See Eph. 1:18 and Col. 1:27 for just two examples. One of the Lord's main goals revealed to Paul was to present each believer holy and unblamable and unreprovable in his sight, Col. 1:22. But there was a condition attached, and that was, "IF they continued in the faith grounded and settled, and were not moved away from the "hope" of the Gospel which they heard ..." Col. 1:23. In order for Christians to rule and reign with Christ in his heavenly kingdom, they had to meet certain conditions as laid out in the Pauline epistles. In other words, the Lord takes sanctification very seriously.

The problem I find is that paul's letters are different from what he spoke in the book of acts. For instance, paul only mention repentance once in his letters, only to the Corinthians but in the book of acts he mentions it several times. Also Paul would keep weird vows such as not cutting his hair, baptized the jailer in water right after believing, things he didnt teach in his letters. Could you elaborate on this and explain to me why is this?
@ColumbusBibleChurch

Acts is a transition book in which Paul does many things that he does not do later in his ministry (e.g., healing, blessing handkerchiefs, etc.) I would be cautious about reaching doctrinal conclusions from the book of Acts.

@@ColumbusBibleChurch just 2 more questions. 1) I understand paul preached the gospel of grace because it was entrusted to him and peter the gospel of the kingdom. Why then does the book of acts finish saying in acts 28:31 that paul preached the KINGDOM OF GOD right after verse 28 that says salvation has been sent to the gentiles? Is grace and kingdom the same? Why did paul preach kingdom after the end of the book of acts? 2) I googled when exactly in the book of acts paul wrote his epistles, and according to the websites I checked, most were written on his second missionary journey about acts 15-18. allegedly, he wrote Corinthians and galatians during this period. These epistles talk about spiritual baptism (1 cor 12:13) and a separation of the gospel from baptism (1 cor 1:17) and galatians 3:27. If these epistles were written between acts 13 to 18? Why did Paul continue to baptize in water in acts 16, 18 and was also involved in a baptism in Jesus's name in acts 19 if he had already written about spiritual baptism during this period? That's confusing to me, unless he meant water baptism in these letters. Would you please explain to me both questions? Thanks a lot.

Gal. 2 simply means that Peter spoke the "good news" of Christ to the Jews (circumcision), while Paul spoke the "good news" of Christ to the Gentiles (uncircumcision). And besides all of that, Paul, when he entered a new city, would first go into the synagogue, which meant he went to the Jew first.

And then again some folks wrongly divide by making two different Bodies based on which Gospel they were saved under when in fact the Bible makes one Body at 1 Cor 12:13 based on whom is indwelt by the Spirit. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Mark 10:9 KJV That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: Ephesians 3:6 KJV When the Bible says “same Body” on what grounds do we separate out the early apostles?

It is a fact a person needs to be careful of different versions. KJV says “we love him because he first loved us”. NIV says “ we love because he first loved us”. NIV totally takes the deity of God out of the text. Same thing Satan does twists the scripture ever so slightly that most people wouldn’t notice

First off, there are two different sets of believers/saints in the Bible, namely the body of Christ in the here and now during the dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3) which us raptured before the tribulation. (The meeting of the saints with the Lord in the air). Then there is Israel and the new testament saints which come out of the tribulation and then Christ returns physically to earth to reign for 1000 years during the Millennium. One has to discern between the church and Israel, as well as between prophecy and mystery in the Bible. God remains the same, but the way he deals with people during different ages, changes, eg: Adam and Eve were told not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Noah was told to build an ark. Abraham was told to move out of Ur and then later to be circumcised. Israel was told to keep the commandments and believe the Messiah had come to offer her her kingdom but instead rejected him, and is thus lo-ammi today., so salvation is sent directly to individuals and Gentiles. Today, through the Apostle Paul's epistles, we are told to believe the gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 plus noting (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-7) in order to be saved. Our doctrine today is found in Romans to Philemon. In times to come, Israel will have to believe Christ is the Son of God and keep the commandments once again as God still has to deal with Israel in future. God has an earthly people (Israel and those who bless her during the trib), as well as a heavenly people, the body of Christ. There is more than one gospel in the Bible - Galatians 2:7-9.

It is said,“If you are not in the new testament, how can you call yourself a Christian?” The answer is realising that Christ did more than mediate for the new testament made with Israel, he also created a new creature called the church, the Body of Christ (1 Cor 12:27). While both of Israel’s testaments speak prophetically of Christ, neither one speaks of the mystery of Christ to create this new creature where there is neither Jew nor Gentile. The mystery of Christ was kept secret since the world began, which means it was not contained in the covenants of promise made with Israel (Eph 3:4-5).The new testament does not explain the creation of the mystery church, but it does guarantee that Israel will not cease to be a nation, which has little relevance to the hope of the church today.“If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.” - Jeremiah 31:36New Testament is a Law Covenant It is said, “The new testament is faith in Jesus Christ.”Yes, the new testament requires faith in the Messiah to be a partaker, but that is not all that it requires. Remember, faith without works is dead for the new testament participant, because the laws of God are written in their heart and mind causing them to do them (Eze 36:27).“…I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts:…” -Heb 8:10 Rather than a lack of works testifying to dead faith, a lack of works today can testify to a strong faith in the power of Christ’s finished work for salvation. New Testament and the Kingdom It is said,“The new testament is the kingdom of God on earth.”While this may be true, according to the promises of the new testament we are not living in that kingdom today.“And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them,…” -Jer 31:34 Instead of not needing teachers, teachers of the Bible abound in trying to exposit the truths of scripture. Instead of all Israel knowing the Lord, the majority of Israel is still in unbelief. All of Israel will not be saved and the new testament fulfilled until the kingdom is brought by the Lord from heaven.“And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.” - Rom 11:26-27 No New Testament Christians Today, The new testament WAS NOT made FOR Gentiles, it does not describe Christ’s work for the church, it is a law covenant, and it is not being fulfilled today. No believer today can be a new testament Christian if the Bible means what it says to whom it says it. Meanwhile, the believer today should be more than excited to be a member of the body of Christ, saved by grace without works, not under the law, teaching the gospel of the grace of God to a religious world whose only hope is wrongly thinking they have a special covenant with God.
