I was so excited that you answered my question. I had to show my non-puzzling relatives. I don't think they were as excited as me, but you made my day.

I enjoy watching your videos and learning about different puzzle brands! I am working on a 250 piece mini wooden puzzle called Surfin’ USA by Dowdle… I got it sealed for $2 from Goodwill today! 💗

Very nice haul! I really like the 3D Victorian house puzzle. I love the colors that the Victorian homes were painted.

ZenChalet is on my wishlist but not easily accessible to me here. So many brands on my wishlist!! Love the intro! 💜🧩

The subscription service reminded me of a fun program. Have you checked with your local library for a puzzle trade? My county library system does a puzzle exchange twice month. Also, do you have a local Friends of the Library Bookstore? If so, check there for puzzles. I buy five or six puzzles a week at my local FLBS. And on sale days....... forget it! I buy 15-20 on sale day, if they have the inventory.

I'm going cheap these days. Hitting the thrifts and the library's puzzle exchange. My goal is no more than 10 bucks a puzzle if brand new and that is pushing it. It's quite an enjoyable challenge. I have not run out yet and have pushed the envelope way out on what i would "normally" puzzle!

There’s something really exciting about the hunt - I would definitely have less fun acquiring puzzles if I had an unlimited budget

The ladies on water skis maybe from Cypress Gardens. In addition to the gardens, it was an amusement park and also had shows.

YES!! This is exactly what I thought too. Looks like something possibly sold at a gift shop there.

I just bought the Frank Lloyd Wright "Hoffman House Rug" puzzle after I saw it in your video and loved the design. It'll take me a while to start working on it, as I'm currently working on another large and tricky puzzle, and I don't have the space to do 2 at the same time. But let me know if you want to hear about my experience once I tackle it.

Yes! Come back and tell me how it goes! I’m particularly curious about how you like the special shaped pieces, if they add anything to the experience

Glad you were able to find the Hoffman House Rug puzzle. I'm sure you will enjoy puzzling it. Hopefully you will do a video of yourself putting it together. Those Zen Chalet puzzles look wonderful but would be too expensive, for me, to buy in the UK. Same problem with the Unified Puzzles jigsaws.

Thanks for your recommendation of the Hoffman House Rug puzzle! The design looks awesome, so I bought it right away.

@@nikibordeaux I'm sure you will enjoy doing it. A rather different puzzle to the ones I usually do and quite tricky.

I’m a fan (as you can tell) - they’re not the finest wooden puzzles out there, but I feel they’re better than anything else in their price range

I completed 5 puzzles totalling 4,000 pieces and only bought 2 puzzles with 2,000 pieces - my to-do stash therefore decreased. Good puzzling week. Working on a vintage Springbok today.

I adore magic puzzle co- but...agree the fit is so stinking lose!! For a puzzle that is meant to be moved it needs better quality!
@puzzlephile Жыл бұрын
It’s true - I don’t necessarily consider loose fit to be bad quality (more just a different style of pieces) but in a case like this where you’re supposed to move around big sections of the puzzle, it does feel like a mistake

I have a 250 Went worth puzzle of Lacock Abbey (in Collab wth The Natonal Trust) that I found in a charity shop. I'd be happy to send it to you for cost of postage or a puzzle swap? I am from the Uk though

I have SunsOut 1500 College of Magical Knowledge, 20% complete on my large board, and sorted by shape and color on small boards in my puzzle rack. Impossipuzzles baked beans/Brussels sprouts on another puzzle rack (I built the frame and then broke into sections to work on smaller boards. Also sorted by piece shape, but with huge Brussels sprouts on one side and baked beans on the other, it’s a lot of green or orange/brown. While there are lots of clues and details that will make it less difficult than the name infers as well as variations in piece cuts, I just haven’t had time or focus …and a little progress here or there is equally as satisfying to me. It’ll get done when it’s done. Ever get puzzler’s block?🧩💙
