You can get certain buffs on the new aram map. One of those is that after it completely ticks down you reset your basic abilities by 15 seconds, so Zilean gets 2 full rotations. You can see the time rune below his feet.

@Vandiril could you test something (I cannot do this because none of my friends play LoL)? Test is this: 1. Orianna vs Yone. Yone goes Fleet, Absorb life, Second Wind/Boneplating, Doran's shield. 2. Have Yone just stand inside his minion wave, only hitting minions when his Fleet is up. 3. Have Orianna hit every ability she has on Yone but no autoattacks. 4. Every time Yone has his W up, have Yone use it on Orianna's minion wave to block damage from Ori. My theory is that Ori will run out of mana before poking Yone out of lane and there is nothing she can do about it. This is how ridiculous lane sustain and power creep has become.
