It depends on how you transliterate Cirillic letters. I don't know if there is "supposed to be" there. The first letter is the Russian letter ""Ю" that sometimes is transliterated as "ju" and sometimes as "yu". There is no law there, Russian transliteration website transli ru uses Ju there. There is no fixed rule there. Russian don't pronounce it either as "Yu" or "Ju", it's one of those vowels non-Russian speakers have difficulty pronouncing.
