One of the Queen's greatest passions was for horses and horse racing.
She was an accomplished rider herself and became a owner of many thoroughbreds.
Her achievements saw her enter the winners enclosure at Royal Ascot 23 times.
Most memorably, in 2013 a horse called Estimate won her the Gold Cup.
