Arcturion is as weak as any cybernetically altered ice bear you come across. :-)

why is he physical it is actually the weakest element in the game he should have been kept ice

So, I kind of think physical is kind of a relict class of monster, sort of like our yetis and Loch Ness monsters so it sort of makes sense to have an element that would older. I kind of feel like the physical hits give a good amount of damage against most pets. He is a snow bear with an ice blaster on his arm, though. :-)
