My male cousin and I, are both fighting everytime even though we genuinely love each other, but as kids we couldn’t stay for more than an hour without having something to fight for, even though we miss each other when we’re away, on the other hand, we had our cousin and she was a real sweethearts and we never had a beef with her.

When kiddos are young, they're still learning how to process things like pain. Their brain is learning to recognize, "This hurts! I should cry!" In fact, if you were to hold a baby and whack your own hand on something behind them, then pretend they got whacked, they'll often cry. (Saw this in a video once) Totally normal stuff.

OR she cries because she knows that's the way she gets asked what happened. And that could be the case because whenever somebody does something to Riley and she explains what happened (like the "Hazel forked me") nothing is said to the kid that did something to Riley so, often you see her crying after, once her explanation has not given her the attention she thought it would. Lulu, and the rest (except Parker, whom I have not seen doing it) does this sometimes too. Also kids at that age are old enough to understand what they need to do to make others do what they want (aka manipulating), so them crying could not be as much as for pain but for atention (not that it doesn't hurt, just that the crying is to gain something and not a response to pain). Again, OR. I'm not saying this is the case 100%

And then they give Riley all the attention for being bad then they talk about how sweet she is (so Riley just gets lots of attention) Even if Riley is the one who started the fight, both sisters have to apologise which makes Riley thinks she’s on the same level which then leads to her misbehaving again.

Don’t just cover this up as silbling rivalry, Riley could get so mad that she could push LuLu down the stairs in a fight. And then what would happen-she could get a broken arm at the least. She could get a concussion. Or even death! Actually it does go a long way. It resorts the parents from being physical with your children and it aswell teaches your kids to love one another because they’re siblings . It's due mostly to their conflicting personality issue, Riley consider herself the big boss, leader of the pack while Olivia is the goofy troublemaker that likes to do things her way by herself and least of all dislikes if someone gets in her way. Basically a combination of fire and water.

Being made to apologise to my sibling used to infuriate me as a kid regardless of who started the fight and I resented my sister even more for it. Being forced to say sorry has never sat well with me. What's the point of apologising if you don't mean it. I would have accepted a punishment much more. At least that's appropriate. Someone demanding you say sorry is fruitless. You have to learn to evaluate your actions and invariably an apology will seem voluntarily appropriate.
