The commercialization of Christmas, along with so much stress surrounding it, can really turn me into a Scroogey adult. But Beatrix Potter’s works are so lovable, and this is so endearing, I can’t help but feel like a Christmassy kid, even in the middle of Summertime. The odd thing is: I found this because I was trying to figure out a possible source to a strange (most of them are strange) dream I had which ended with me being one of three rabbits being pulled out of some big Christmas thing like a pudding or a gift or a hat (these things aren’t always clear in dreams) by celebrants at a Christmas party. I’m not upset to have found this, although it doesn’t solve my mystery.
