On this episode, Kristian sits down with desert stoner rock legend Brant Bjork of Kyuss and Fu Manchu fame. Brant is a father of two boys, Swan and Brazil, and a proud Rad Dad. Brant discusses how becoming a father taught him about love, and how communication is a gateway to creation. He also shared his mantra for navigating fatherhood - “Be a Rad Dad and a Glad Dad, not a Bad Dad, a Sad Dad or a Mad Dad"

Love this man 🌟 In some way it makes me feel a little sad to hear him speaking with a certain resentment about his adoptive parents... In other interviews I heard him say that they were very supportive of his career as a musician. Anyway, sometimes in life nothing is as it seems...

Just seeing this interview now a year later. I'm glad Brant is a rad dad and not any of the other types of dads that contradict being a rad dad. I'm assuming he likes the name Rad Dads because one of the songs taken from his new project, Stöner, is called Rad Stays Rad. But yeah, Rad Dads Edmonton earned a rad new sub, which is rad.

I luv being a mom... and for me my mom had her issues and I conscientiously wanted to raise my daughter differently... I call her my guinea pig baby lol!! But parenting is an amazing unique experience! Funny you mention the Beatles and love... raising my daughter my motto was "No matter what the problem is, Love is always the Answer"... teaching our kids with love not judgements....😊 see I knew we're in the same *Tribe*....
