Let me explain to u what happened the raider QB was clapping his hands to get his team lined up in the right format the right guard though he was ready for the ball he was not he was looking to the right at his OL because they were not in the right format the snapper snapped the ball it was a live ball the chiefs recovered and declined the penalty so it was their ball game over now I hope that helped u understand what happened
