Red Dead Redemption 2 is a Western-themed action-adventure video game developed and published by Rockstar Games. It is available for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X. You can farm capitale if you kill and loot the Director and join a new session through the Crimes option. Removes the cooldown and get 3 capitale every time

Not every time. Sometimes he only gives 1. Still the best way as far as I know.
