No, it's the same blank look that Okada normally has. The man has *no idea* what he's doing. He should've been looking down at his foe, talking to him--or at the very least, *something* other than that glassy-eyed look that suggests that Okada doesn't know what's going on. I've seen him do this in person. The crowd chants, and he doesn't react, he just stands around.
