The Rallymoto Wales 500 Rally Micro Adventure!

The first film from our "Micro Adventure Challenges" series.
With Dreams of Dakar, but wallets and opportunities falling short of the mark Dave and Sean from the The Micro Adventure Film Project take on the Adventurespec Rallymoto Wales 500, a 500km off road motorcycle navigation event in the Heart of Wales. Their bikes of choice for this event are Dave's KTM 640 Adventure (Katie) and Sean's Yamaha XT660Z Tenere (Kevin).
So sit down, relax and join the boys for a weekend's Rallymoto Micro Adventure.

Cheers Carl, the ralllymoto events are well suited to roadbook beginners, they're just fun safe events to ride in some spectacular countryside and challenge your navigation along the way!! We will be doing kielder 500 this year when the dates through!!

Hello bud, thank you. I can assure you the rallymoto roadbooks are simplified so although sometimes challenging whilst on the move if you stop it all suddenly makes sense. Try one.... fingers crossed we should be doing kielder 500 in April 2021 so come try it out or sign up and do one of the 1 day cannonball days?

Nice little video but spoiled by the apparent lack of continuity. One shot the odometer was 60plus the next in the 50s then another distance altogether.

Well spotted!! However i should point out there were about 4 trip resets during the sunday alone so some of them might be because of that, however i would also guess some clips may have been taken out of order... it was a very long day!! 🤣🤣🤣

@@motorvelo Actually there were 4 scheduled ICO resets on the roadbook. But the continuity was a bit dodgy! - Nice shot of me setting off on day 2 though. ;-)

Not lost, they rest at 100km over the length of the course. But i agree the continuity could have been much tighter, but as a fun exercise i it worked okay. Sorry to plague the old OCD. 😉
