If one want to know to creation of universe he has to go through frequencies and vibrations....letter M is spiritual and scientifically suprrior ....it connects who you the god who created vibrations and frequencies during creation of thr erth...so this letter M or sound "mmm" found in both RAM and OM..thats why these two words can bring great changes in you...its purely scientific and divine too

You're right about the M vibration in both RAM and OM. Only difference is, Om will acsend huge energy up the chakras, to the extent one's chakras are Open. Om will culminate in ajna or even sahasrar. While RAM is heart chakra - the energy gets amplified in the heart and goes into Silence. The M is Silence, in both Ram and Om.

❤️ Helpful elucidation, thank you. I also understand it as calling on God's Name. As answer to the question "Who am I really beyond who I seem to be in this human appearance?" For just as our human name stands for our personal self-awareness or self-consciousness of identity, so God's Name stands for God's Self-awareness or Self-consciousness of His Identity. Thus God is giving us Himself; His Self. And as the moon reflects the light and warmth of the sun to us, so the mind can reflect God's Knowledge and Love to us. This mantra can thus serve as a bridge where God and we meet and the soul and God unite in Consciousness. May we also recognize God in the appearances of our neighbors by thinking "God" when we see them. For that is Who we are meeting, be it in human appearance, no matter whether is a "good" appearance or an "evil" appearance. God is beyond and above appearances, yet He is willing to embrace them all by experiencing being them.

Hello! Yes l see that your video was published in 2013 so maybe you will not see my message. It is out of date. I will post it any way as the question is very important to me. I am 80 years old and it was initiated at the age of 20 by a British spiritual master in London to the transcendental method of meditation using the simple word RAM as it’s mantra. ( Not RAM NAM!). At that time hardly anyone spoke about meditation. It was almost taboo. Even my boyfriend at the time thought l was praying.( He was catholic!)

To continue… Things have changed and today it is has become a fairly general topic. Well, At the time l felt very much in need of this practice added to study of Hinduism. I suffered from traumatic experiences in childhood leaving me with very low self estime. I practiced very intensely for at least 11 years and the mantra became a vibration which l still hear at times when my vibratory level is high and my mind clear. I have studied many other teachings including shamanism and feel l have healed a great deal of trauma. But there are still problems. Throughout my life l have been presented with many other different mantras and of course the classical AUM. Others more complicated. But l have stuck to the RAM mantra because of the effect it had on me during the 60s and 70s and am afraid to change or “take on” new mantras. I was told that the RAM mantra had a dissolving effect on all matter thus cleansing the mind of thought. Am l right to resist change? If you receive this would you kindly leave a comment? @@Rama_Rama_Rama Hello or rather Namaste. This mantra gradually became a vibration which is always there but stronger at times than others. It depends on my own state of vibration. When l meditate l usually repeat it ( not aloud) and sometimes of course have to concentrate and let all the clutter die down. At other times it is there quite strong. I hear it when l am driving. It is like a protection and this may sound absurd, but l feel it like an angel hovering over me. Does this answer your question? Thank you Na ma Si va ya for this video. Of course RAMA is the name of God who has many names depending on the culture. I was born into a Christian family but very soon started exploring other ‘religions’ such as Buddhism, Taoism, the Socratic teachings and many more. This Mantra is a force within me and though l know l am repeating God’s name, l receive it, as l have already said, as a vibration with great love, respect and gratitude for having this immense guiding force in times of stress or negative Karma which is also a blessing to encounter in this life. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
