When Jesus comes the SECOND time He will appear to those who look for Him and love Him. Hebr 9:28. This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.( Second time.Acts 1:11.) Immediately after the tribulation Jesus shall appear from Heaven. (SECOND TIME) Matt. 24:29-30. When Jesus comes the second time He will descent from Heaven and we will meet Him in the air.( 1Thes 4:16). When Jesus comes the second time we will be gathering together unto Him.(2 Thes 2:1). When Jesus comes the second time He will come in flaming fire and vengeance to those unbelievers who had fallen away from the truth and then Jesus will be glorified in his saints in that day.(2Thes 1:8,10). Before Jesus comes the second time a falling away from the truth must take place for the antichrist to be revealed.(2Thes 2:3) When Jesus comes the second time He will destroy the antichrist with the brightness of His coming and those who had fallen away from the truth..(2Thes 2:8,10). Nobody is going to disappear (raptured) before Jesus comes the second time.

Norma Miller said “What does a person have to do to be raptured?” Jesus said to believe, repent and pray. 1. Jesus said in John 14:1-3 to BELIEVE him that he was going to prepare a place for us in his Father’s house and would come back to receive us there so that we could be with him where he was going. 2. Jesus said in Matt 24:36-51 that we will not know the day or hour, and he likened our situation to a homeowner who didn’t watch for a thief and suffered loss, so he warned us to WATCH. Then he demonstrated that watching in the real world meant righteous living. Then Jesus told the parable of the ten virgins in which some are received but others are left behind, and he gave the moral of the story by repeating the warning that we don’t know the day or hour so “watch”.* 3. Jesus said in Luke 21:36 to watch and PRAY always to escape all things that will come to pass and “stand” before the Son of man. This is seen being fulfilled at the 6th Seal in Revelation 6-7 where people who get left behind lament that the day of God’s wrath has come and ask who is able to “stand,” then some are seen getting right with God while the great tribulation is briefly held back. Meanwhile, raptured church saints are seen “standing” before the Son and the Father in heaven. In a nutshell, the answer is to believe, watch/repent and pray! *After Paul taught about the rapture in 1 Thessalonians 4, he spoke in chapter 5 about not knowing when it would happen then preached about repentance. And Jesus repeated this message in more literal terms in Revelation 3 to sinners in the church at Sardis, referring back to the thief metaphor and need to watch, then he bluntly said to repent or else they would not be worthy to walk with him in white as righteous saints in the church were.

The only qualification to go in rapture in heaven with God is to be in Christ and saved through faith in Christ and what he did at the cross and be washed by his blood no more dirty but clean and pure and that only comes through faith in Christ and what he did at the cross. Getting ready if u havent yet is so simple romans10vs13 whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. In ourselves we are dirty sinners that lie steal cheat and use Gods name in vain. we come to God in repentance realizing we sinned asking God for mercy and to save us and tell him we freely by faith accept the gift of salvation and forgiveness through what christ did at the cross and that we want his Son the risen Savior. Than through our heart faith in what he did at the cross we made pure , , we granted salvation , , given by God a new heart with new desires by his spirit , granted heaven and not hell , free from addiction and ready for the rapture cause now we in Christ through faith in him and what he did at the cross and his purity because of his blood is ours. Speaking in tongues doesnt save us thats the blood of Jesus alone through faith. However the acts two experience is needed for the believer and its freely given just like your salvation through faith in Christ and what he did at the cross.we just ask for it and freely receive it by faith What Christ did at the cross is what open the door to recieve all spiritual things from the Father rather its salvation , forgiveness , purity, deliverance over addiction, daily change by Gods spirit , the acts two experience ,healing , makes us ready for the rapture and keeps us out of hell. What Christ did at the cross alone makes all this possible through faith. The acts 2 speaking in tongues experience gives us spiritual power to proclaim the gospel of jesus Christ and according to jude praying in the spirit through tongues builds up our inner man spiritually speaking, helps us pray when we dont know what to say , and when we pray like that we pray according to Gods will and it proclaim according to acts 2 by tongues the wonderful works of God his word will and miracle workin power like opening the red sea. Tongues its a real language just not the language u speak it could be spanish , hebrew , a tribal language , chinese thats why it sounds weird cause its never the speakers orginal language in acts 2 some said we hear them speak in our langauge and they totally of another language and creed. But again only the blood of jesus saves us and makes us ready for the rapture

@Karen Templin noah family escape the judgement of Gods wrath by getting into the ark which respresented us getting into Christ through faith in him and what he did at the cross. The scriptures says God has not appointed believers not unto wrath. 1st thess chapter 5vs9 That doesnt mean christians wont have trials paul had many but it means true believers will be spared from Gods judgement and wrath which is the tribulation just like lot was in sodom and Gommarah speared from Gods judgement. the tribulations is for Christ rejoctors. While the antichrist main Goal in the middle east will be to destroy jews and control the whole world its Gods judgement and wrath for rejecting him. Some will become believers during the tribulation even alot of the jews will accept Christ as messiah but many will be persecuted are killed. 1 thess chapter 4 the rapture will happen before the 7yr period

@Karen Templinim far from perfect but i know apostasy is leaving Gods only way of salvation , justification , santification and glorification which is the way of the cross where Christ died alone to embrace goods works, good deeds to bring all this to pass , are programs like aa anger mangement looking to man are the name of our church are sociologist instead of looking by faith from the heart to what Christ did at the cross alone that makes all this possible. Leaving Gods way the way of the cross where Christ died to embrace other things is apostasy

The gospel is the gospel of the kingdom! Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah died for his people! God resurrected the Messiah! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21 Matt 24 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Jesus said the Father is the only true God! John 17 3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

The real rapture is is told by Jesus in Mathew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 and luke 17. There will be a wrath to the people without Jesus!

A friend of mine has been reading the “Left Behind” series with all this stuff about the ‘Rapture’ in them…is there really going to be a ‘Rapture’ like these books talk about? No, there’s not. The “Rapture” refers to a passage in First Thessalonians, chapter 4, which talks about Christians being “caught up” in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Many Christians believe, and the “Left Behind” books promote, that this being “caught up” to meet the Lord will occur before the Great Tribulation which is headed our way in the near future. Christians will simply vanish, meet Jesus somewhere in the air, and then return with Him to Heaven to await the end of time.But notice, in verse 17, Paul says that “…we who are alive, who are left,” shall be caught up. Remember that…those who are “left” get caught up to meet the Lord. The “Left Behind” books get their name from a passage in Luke 17 and a similar passage in Matthew 24 which talk about the coming of the Lord being like the days of Noah and the days of Lot. Matthew 24 puts it this way: “As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man…they ate, they drank, they married and they did not know until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man. Then two men will be in the field, one is taken and one is left. Two women grinding at the mill, one is taken one is left.” “See,” Rapture enthusiasts say, “One is taken, one is left…the Rapture! Jesus takes the Christians and leaves behind non-Christians!” Two problems with that interpretation: First, Jesus’ coming is being compared to the days of Noah and the days of Lot. After the flood, who was left? Noah and his family…the good guys…the bad guys were taken! After Sodom and Gomorrah went up in smoke, who was left? Lot and his daughters…the good guys…the bad guys were taken! Second, remember 1 Thessalonians? It says that those who are “left” get to meet Jesus in the air. The good guys are left behind to meet Jesus. In other words, you want to be left behind so that you can get caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus in the air and accompany Him back to earth at His 2nd and final coming. There will be no Rapture like the one the Left Behind books talk about…that view is not scriptural.
