The amount of investment for TV Golfinho, not just the ID but for the entire station in general, is almost ridiculous considering that Fernando de Noronha is just a tiny archipelago with a population of just 3,101 people at present. The station has their own local news and educational programs specifically made for the inhabitants of the archipelago.

Actually TV Golfinho as the entire Golfinho Broadcasting System are double-affiliated with TV Nova of Recife and TV Cultura from São Paulo,both public TVs

Happy comeback No.! Ok, I have found more idents from Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (translated from Inukitut language). I think the best one is from 2010's - Present, when I found out about this TV station, I was amazed of that quantity of RARE material. Back to the video theme, the north and south America sections we're a meridian of good and bad IDs. But Africa... ok... you have the idea... so bad its good or TOTALLY bad. *Awesome video, and have a happy logo saturday*

This was very difficult to produce since it was originally a video over a half an hour long. This first part wasn't so hard, but the upcoming 2nd part was a lot more difficult due to the IDs being a lot more obscure/harder to search for. THAT is why it took 6 months for this to come out...that's right, I started this in November! You'll notice Brazil has a lot of "bad" ones. because...Brazilian TV from the past is VERY well-documented even in smaller cities. So basically it's all a bunch of really tiny cities that ended up in this video for the most part. Also, Presque Isle is on the map for North America but I forgot to include it. Probably some other stupid things too. Check the description! Part 2 will come out this weekend. (Europe, Asia & Oceania)

It's from a broadcaster that serves a municipality which currently has a population of about 44,000 - I'd imagine this figure was much smaller in 1991. Doesn't help that it's also in one of the poorest states in Brazil. As someone who's been in towns of similar size and similar economic conditions I could see why their graphic design simply looked like that. I read on a comment on another recording of the program that they didn't have electronic graphics until 1996.

@@NoEntertainment also not to mention, the IKT logo is from 1995, nunavut was founded in 1999, so its also technocally from the northwest territories aswell which was in nunavuts place aswell, before that one day in 1999

The most common variants are from 1995, because this Ident is hard to find. And it wasn't from Nunavut before it's formation. So, Nunavut was a part of northwest territories before 1999. Of course, this province is actually known as the one where most inuit population live. That's why this channel only broadcast there. And an only thing more, I have found more logos of the station, and the 2015 variant proves that this TV channel still existing nowadays, it's just hard to find. Thanks!
