I wouldn't give you $0.06 for the entire CLT experience. I have turned down many American routings that took me thru CLT. They try do do this often. American once tried to route me through CLT from KANSAS CITY TO AUSTIN. Nearly insulting. I'll never go there--ever. I try to avoid ORD too. What a mess.

@@uncleron9481 unfortunately CLT has become an airport that I would definitely recommend people not connect through because of the insane crowds of people. Ever since the US Airways and AA merger the airport has grown in passenger numbers faster than the airport could expand to compensate and all American seems to care about is keeping their place as the worlds largest airline and having as many passengers as possible rather than keeping passengers comfortable and their customer service
