Just preparer the solution of Sodium bi-carbonate solution and completely fill conical flask with it preferably i suggest 250 ml One conical flask..

U can use any hydrophytic plant available to you and easy to Handle in lab

it act as a source of Co2 for the hydrophytes . bcz plant in the water also need Co2 for their Photosynthesis

Interesting approach however not conclusive because the experiment fails to address the plants nutrient capicity... In other words, since it appears the same plant and apparatus is used throughout... How do you know when the plant reached "feeling full" and stopped photosynthesis? The experiment is biased to a never ending feed cycle? Why make that assumption?

It is a concentrate form already prepared in Stock with the help of Sodium bicarbonate salt... Or calcium bicarbonate salt bcz it is a water plants Hydrophyte, it can absorb the CO2 from the surrounding water the the stock solution
