As a League player, I want to chime in. Rav's series brought me to this channel, to Soda's channel, and for some reason even to Miz's channel. He got thousands of scrubs who otherwise would have overlooked Hardcore to tune in--literally. During the raid, he drew 7500+ viewers to his channel and peaked as the #4 WoW streamer behind Soda, Miz and Emiru. And though I'm still too entrenched in my own abusive League relationship to begin WoW myself--I'm gonna stick around here to watch more WoW content. It's been great seeing these reacts, and I hope Xaryu and Rav get to join up next year. Good on ya, Xaryu. Good on ya.

Technically he was #2 if ya ask me. Miz and emi have a huge following and it's not because of WOW. They don't even know how to play wow. Or barely do now. Most of OTK jumped on board because they were all running out of content. Rav can do this with literally any game he chooses to play now. His story telling and editing is on point. He will not beat this wow series from doing other versions of the game. This was beyond good. It's time for him to move onto another game.

a bit about hunter pets for non wow players: hunters have to tame a pet and then level it up with them by getting xp, with the pet actually fighting stuff. you can't just have him passive at your side to lvl him with the mob tagging. the highest lvl black boars in the game are lvl 10, or one rare spawn that's lvl 50 and can take days to find. so at lvl 60, lvling a pet from 10 to 60 is very time consuming, which is why Rav had to tame the grey boar that was already lvl 60 for the raid. so at the end Rav is lvl 60 with a lvl 9 or 10 baby Howard that will have to be releveled to 60. totally worth it. what a great story!
