The RD-704 Is BETTER Than You Think! - Escape From Tarkov

In this video, I show you guys two raids I had on Reserve using the RD-704. I haven't used this gun as much this wipe, but after I made this build, it made me realise just how good it really is. The ergo on this build is insanely high, and I chose to just use a holo sight but you can definitely put a Vudu or Tac30 for that extra range. I was using PP ammo, which hits pretty hard and seems to do the job.

I love this game the only thing that bugs me is the matching time, it’s nice watching content as it’s right in to the raid, then I go actually play and I get 6 mins of waiting for players lmao, keep the great vids coming bro

I don’t have this issue in usually waiting around 2min tops NORTH EAST NA servers

I play OCE and the queue times are definitely longer than that most times

RD is just about the only gun I prefer to run loud. BMD and Lantac Dragon give so much more ergo that you can even run a RK2 grip and get lower recoil stats while keeping the gun short and snappy. Nice raids though.

This might be something I look into. I don't often upload entire full raids just because people don't watch it all so I try to edit everything down

Yeah one to press, one to release. Super helpful. I always do heavy bleed on the press, and normal med on the release so if you got a calok and selewa for example you push one button and it does whatever is best

30 rounders seem to do the job I suppose. Extra ergo too which definitely helped me in the first raid

7.62 this patch is weaker than most other rifle rounds don’t use them if you want to actually kill in a short time

Yeah I know they've nerfed it, gun is still alright though to be honest

Does more damage than 5.56 or 5.45 still. Unless you're running a .308 or bigger gun every raid 7.62x39 is decent.

Yeah thats what I'm thinking. Maybe because fire rate is lower than something like an M4 time to kill may be higher after the nerf
