Your body can, however, use the energy stored as fat to assist the synthesis of new muscle tissue, in the presence of sufficient protein intake. To a degree. But I digress. I remember someone uploaded on KZbin a demo reel of Brock going to a diner and finding 21 working there. The guy who died in the car was a look alike Henchman because 21 saw an opportunity to escape from all this madness. There was also something about The Monarch and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch.

In Star Wars, the sound of the tie fighters were gotten from baby elephant/car wheels on wet asphalt. On a side note, the Venture Brothers puts insane detail into media and pop culture, so it's possible they got the concept from an early 2000's discovery channel CGI dinosaur documentary where a therapod gives out a very similar yell, although this could either be a direct reference or sheer laziness of the sound team.

Well he blames himself but it was actually the moppets. He blames himself because it was his idea to hide in the monarchs car instead of going into battle. HELPER, with a bomb strapped to him, stole said car and the moppets hit the detonator switch. At least its implied they did. The switch was left unattended and they were the only ones left in the cocoon.
