Surely improving strength in rear delts, middle lower traps and, basically upper back/middle posterior chain muscles will help with that and maaany other issues honestly.

What equipment is required for shoulder impingement program?

A large majority of the exercises in the MoveU Programs can be performed with minimal equipment and without needing access to a gym. The needed equipment, along with optional equipment, can be found within the program (a list is included below), but for the most part just some resistance bands will do! Must-Have Equipment Lacrosse ball, tennis ball, or Rad Ball Various resistance bands. Stick Mobility stick OR a 5-6′ PVC pipe, wooden dowel, or broomstick for feedback and alignment A mirror or camera to watch your movements

People think surgery will be a quick fix, but the doctors "forget" to mention recovery time, infections, and COST, plus you still have the same problem, so it's an annuity for the hospital.

Can you PLEASE help me. My mum is 73, she has never had any health problems, only lower back brain ssince her thirties. About 4 months ago she suddenly got shoulder pain which got progressively worse and now she has pain in both arms and her right hand swells and she can’t bend her fingers especially in the morning. Doctors say her bloods are all normal. Please help me, what should she do? The physio gave her some exercises but she doesn’t get any sleep at night due to the pain. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

In all seriousness his humour is used intelligently. He used it to highlight what we need to be aware of and focus on. It kept me watching without getting switched off. I appreciated this style and followed his shoulder program all the way. I must add tho when you get to a level when you can do the more advance exercises you should continue to do them even after the program. When I stopped some of them my pain slowly creeped back until I started doing them again.
