If you are buying in small quantities things are very expensive. Things get affordable if you buy in bulk.

I totally agree, for my family of four we actually shop a lot in Costco.

This video is a waste of time, confunsing and baisc. People can easily find those charts online, not to mention your grocery shopping did not include nutritious food (which is by definition more expensive). You also could have compare groceries amogst different supermarkets, safeway lowblaw etc.

It works both ways. Anyone that bought a house in Vancouver 10 years ago will have $900K more in house value. Compare that to Alberta probably an appreciation of only $400K

Thanks for the feedback and I wish you all the best in your move. We have daylight savings time that started last Sunday so the Sun will set a little earlier than usual so make the most out of it and always be safe. Also the weather has been really nice lately so best time to move to Alberta.
