To add on for Gendry: Davos comes back to Storms End and tells Stannis’ men that Gendry actually is Stannis’ nephew. With this, they plan a rebellion, seizing the throne and tie Bran to a tree as King Gendry is crowned. Alternate, beyond the Wall Jon is extremely popular with a loving wife and family. Eventually the Realm learns he is actually Aegon Targaryen and revolt, declaring him king. And also, The Reach crumbles and Westeros starves.
