I think one car that can overall put up a good fight with the Koenigsegg or P1 is the 2017 Ford GT. I'm not just saying it because I'm a Ford junkie, I'm talking from experience behind the wheel in the game. I mean, the car is no slouch. 280+ in the speed department for extremely far under a P1 in terms of horsepower after full upgrades. Really what I wish I could see was a F12 get smoked by a 1995-1999 Dodge Neon. Another really fun car to drive back in the old PS2 days was a Toyota Celica, Honda S2K, or Infiniti G35.

I think because the salts flats allows the car to accelerate and reach its top speed in a straight line unlike other places, but then again, its not really smooth like asphalt so that could contribute to speed lost
