I remember watching a documentary on the BBC about football violence abroad in about 2001/2002 and they featured Lazio v Roma. Roma won 5-0 I think and that bloke Fabrizio was interviewed, the Lazio irriducibli leader.

The ground and the Belgian police along with not giving Liverpool the whole of that end was a huge factor in the disaster at Heysel. Definitely not condoning the actions of a small minority of English fans though. It wasn’t just Liverpool fans there that night. I’ve seen a picture on GettyImages and by the flimsy chicken wire fence there’s a bloke wearing an Arsenal shirt. I enlarged the picture because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing at first and it’s there clear as anything.

RIGHT. Here's my opinion from someone who's had it with the Italians a few times over the years. YES, they are knife happy, but so were the scousers and the yids?? Look, real casuals from the 80's know that we emulated the Paninari for a time, and nicked Italian yachting gear like Stone Island back in the day, bascially like the mods in the 60s... we put a British twist on an Italian look. They are quite cowardly fighters in general, but aren't most English? Every time we met a like minded mob of Italians we had it fair and square. This is is '84, '85 and '90 for me personally. Sometimes they came out on top, sometimes we did. What I'm trying to say is, above all the fucking keyboard warriors shouting and screaming on here, take it from a lad who's been there and knows... The Italians can have it, they play the numbers game, but they can have it. Show me any mob of any other nationality who aint the same. If you're an English lad from the 70s/80s/90s tell me in all honesty that whenever you went to a game where there wasn't a bunch of gobby cunts who deserted you as soon as it came on top? Anyways, signing off now, but any lads English, Scottish, Welsh, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Russian, German, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese and anyone else I can remember fighting between 1979-2010, I thank you for the memories and maximum respect... we're all old men now haha.

Every interview set up and regardless of his banter , no he wasn't in the middle of the action or in any danger. he, maybe should try doing some romantic dramas or maybe find some Disney voice overs that require a wanna be cockney hard man. I'm no hard man but if he knocked on my door to take a parcel he was delivering, as he prob needs the extra income now ,one wrong word and he'd get a clipped ear. This whole series was a joke .
