A written account of history 8 times larger than the Iliad and Odyssey combined where lineages of kings are detailed and events are recorded with hundreds of astronomical references is lazily labeled as "mythology" by its very descendants. That civilization who after hundreds of years of invasion, colonization and war is the only one in the world alive to tell the tale. But to do that, people like you need to break your colonial mindset.

By your logic. then, ANY book by ANY author makes it a HISTORICAL fact.. I have read THE SHIVA TRILOGY by the very same author who is speaking on this podcast.The books are incredibly detailed. Does not mean that they were history. Writers all over try to infuse their stories based on the real world to make it more realistic. This does not means they were real and part of history.

Only now, in the past 50 years have serious efforts been made to find archaeological evidences of ancient Bharat. A farmer in the 1960s discovered the skull of an extinct elephant with 4 tusks called a Gomphothere. The only mention of it anywhere in the world is in the Ramayana, where Hanuman describes 4-tusked elephants guarding Ravan's palace. Researcher Nilesh Oak has placed the date of Ramayana as 12221 BCE. And scientists say these elephants died out completely around 12,700 years ago. Nilesh Oak's conclusive date is backed by evidence from multiple scientific disciplines, not simply the texts. Shri Ram Sete has been discovered between Bharat and Sri Lanka. The most important thing about history and archaeology is to keep an open mind, especially when it is about your own ancestors.

In our country, person who can talk proper fluent English is considered as genius.who can go to other country to settle over there is considered as well settled.During tseries vs pewdipie , I have seen many of our Indians commenting bharat matha ki jai. I didnt understand why should it be linked to patriotism. When some president says namaste. Yeah. India is great. Everyone should follow india. That’s how our Indians behave. Great Pod as usual, only thing I disagree with Amish on him saying there is no sense of community in the UK. I've lived here for 20 years and it was heart warming to see the sense of community during lockdown. Thousands volunteered to help the NHS and people that needed care and there were countless stories of unorganised good deeds just out sheer spirit.
