The Most High wants us to keep our body clean by eating the foods he told us to eat but he also wants us to exercise and strengthen our entire body so we can be healthy and strong to serve our husbands and care for our children. I am always happy when I see another sister in the truth taking the time out to exercise. Keep going sis. You are doing well. I love to exercise. My husband and I always have serious fun competitions to keep us on the exercise track daily so we can stay in shape together. Stay bless
