Much of this now wouldnt be possible with all the CCTV. People who had been scammed would go ro the police and they would look at CCTV cameras.

Many CCTV cameras are not monitored, or merely props. Also, many police departments only investigate "serious" crimes. Tourists being scammed out of a few dollars is not considered "serious" in cities overwhelmed by violent crime.

Watch it again carefully - in one of them he counted the change in his hand to make it look as if he was giving her the correct amount of change. When he handed the change to the woman, he then held on to a few of the pound coins, thereby short changing her.

Tourism in the U.K. brings in 75 BILLION pounds a year!!!??? wow !!! My heritage is English/Scot and I love the place but that's a lot of tourism. Geographically smaller countries I guess. You could drive 3-4 countries in a couple of days.
