Oh, God, that was bliss to watch. I work in what's left of print journalism. These people were the absolute gold standard for integrity in news.

Just saw The Post, excellent film. I also recommend 1971, these times have returned, I'm glad we have a free press, and this story is being told again.

Watching this after having seen "All the President's Men", I am impressed with how well the film got it right. The set, the actors, the feel of the film is very close to what is seen in this piece.

My dad worked in a newsroom for 35 years, it's true that there were florescent lights, white ceilings stained with cigarette smoke, the klacky klack of teletypes and ring of typewriters. There also were extremely hard working professionals with relatively low pay, TV's everywhere tuned to the 3 network nightly news, uncomfortable chairs on rollers, desk fans, carbon paper, stern faces, neckties, occasional loud bouts of laughter, fear of the boss, handwritten warnings of what not to do. No employee of the month program anywhere to be found. Professionals just did their job every single day.

Okay KZbin AND 60 minutes , I'm confused🤔 You headline "the people behind The Post" (Along with Advertising The Post movie just below the Video). Which deals with the Pentagon Papers. And the Actual video is all about Watergate. Which, don't get me wrong, is Extremely interesting-Especially the Younger Shots of Woodward and Bernstein and the interviews with Bradlee and Graham.

You couldnt pay me to watch this movie, as if I dont know what its REALLY about, and the leftist actors that play the parts, Im sick and tired of em....sick and tired of "60 Minutes" too, just more evidence that journalism really is dead...why would you take on OPRAH? That interview so biased, just as biased as your picks to be interviewed. SMH Im looking forward to see the bit on prisons, solitary confinement etc, but sick of the leftist politics, the biased leftist opinions etc which seems to own "60 Minutes"

Mila776...And I'm sick of biased right-wing opinions. BTW, what's biased about the interview? At least all of us on the left care about actual facts and truth, unlike those on the right. We don't call news that we don't like "fake." The right does.
