I’m so glad I found your content through Jack, Robbie. You guy’s make my Monday bearable on the pod and it’s just a massive bonus when you show up on a Thursday. But I also love the pacing of your vids on this channel and it’s always worth the watch. Please keep being yourself!

Robs a legend. Feel like I know him from reading his posts on the glastonbury festival forum (efestivals) over the years. Too man, top video. The Edinburgh marathon actually goes by my house in sunny Leith, will make sure I'm there to give you and jaack a wee cheer.

This was great, I find with longer forms of media like this, I am often surprised and enjoy listening about what people's experiences. Lots of signs in my life atm telling me to get running again! We will see haha!

I'm sure this bloke ran - and finished first at - my local parkrun (Catton) a few months back, naturally in full FG get-up. Makes sense that he was that quick now I know he had all those thousands of miles in his legs.

Quite possibly! He is rapid!

I was waiting for “welcome back to the channel, it is walking time once again & it’s a slightly different walk than is traditional on here as we are with my friend Rob Pope who did the forest bump run. He ran across America five times…Mad! Mad as a box of frogs” hehe, just kidding. No harm meant but wow…
