It is I who starts to speak about the great love of God for all humanity by the birth of Jesus. Our Almighty Jesus. Once I say the word LOVE, they all pay attention. I smile as I remind them of the prophet Isaiah who, 700 years before Jesus was born, God, through him prophesied this glorious event. About His name Emmanuel, meaning GOD WITH US, and just ask in general if they can share any experience in their life that felt His protection in a particular moment. I have always had someone sharing blessed moments. Right after I just say, let's pray giving thanks for Jesus' birth and let us NEVER forget that Christmas is about Jesus, just like life is about Him, not about me, you or anybody. We were created to worship Him. You see, when you do this with true convinction Jesus is pleased and gives strength to your true intention of honoring Him. Be gentle but, firm, trusting the love of God.

Prayer is just talking to God. Talk to Him as you a friend. Be honest with Him. Read the Bible and pray it back to Him. I like to pray aloud. There is something about speaking audibly to God and about God. Learn to praise Him, and you will feel your spirit lift. Join a church that believes the Bible is the Word of God so that you can be around other mature believers who can teach you. Above all, believe God. Do you understand how to become a Christian?
