Nicole fits perfectly into Zhu Yuan teams (and probably future Ether attackers/Anomaly). She is not all that much worse than Astro in this team. Soukaku is also a pretty good Ice buffer for Miyabi and Ellen teams. Seth does a good job at being an Anomaly support. I really don't think we are lacking in the A-rank support department. A-rank attackers are inherently flawed, cause they will always be worse than S-rank ones by quite a bit sadly (in most cases). The main thing we are lacking is A-rank stunners, but at least we are getting Pulchra next patch

I still use Nicole every time I. It started because I missed Zhu Yuan's banner and until Astra there was no other Ether characters, but I opted to skip her since Nicole is actually really good when at full level

as someone who has lost all my 50 50 in this game(5 in a row) i feel that lack of A ranks cause my best team is piper burnice seth then miyabi ceaser nicole

The beat Meta teams will almost always be 3-S Ranks. That is just how Gacha mets works. Premium teams clear content faster. BUT to invalidate A ranks would be ridiculous, and a LOT of them are very good. Soukaku is an amazing A-Rank, she is a great support and a subdps when built correctly Nicoles Def shred is incredibly powerful and her gathering is LOVED by a lot of DPS Lucy is a wonderful support/subdps for fire teams, almost equaling Soukaku in her value. Content is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT able to be cleared by this characters, be it in a S-rank team OR by themselves. I have seen bosses get solo cleared by Solo-Soukaku. Yes, jn time, this pace of A Ranks would be bad for rhe game. But A Ranks are VERY hard to make for ZZZ bc of factions, animations, and trying to keep every character unique. Other A-Ranks that are v e r y good: Anby(Amazing stunner for mono electric if you don't have enough electrics or Qingyi), Seth is an AMAZING subdps and buffer for anomalt teams, Piper is a GREAT anomaly unit that is amazing for disorder teams.

Yeah, this video is bs. Nicole still relevant, Lucy still relevant, Soukaku, Seth, Piper. Some people even find a way to use 4 star damage dealers, but they are the first to go down always. Genshin has slowest powercreep I've seen, but that game was stagnating for 4 years and still doesn't improve much, so I wouldn't really give them that much credit

Yes its an actually problem to delegate all metas and niches to just signature S ranks, if they dont empliment more new A ranks that fit into the team niches then the power creep will become the same as HSR , and you abandon your F2P player base by not giving decent F2P options

@@2CANTCME every single base A rank are relevant till this day, .bringing new one wont make them better than the S rank in the game just the same as old A rank with different moveset or slighly easier kit. powercreep isn't about having more S rank or A rank but having new unit that clear content that past unit can't. HSR powercreep has nothing to do with A rank as some of them are still meta since release and top tier based on the path u choose. HSR powercreep concern S rank outclassing otjhers S rank in their role and the game aligning end game mecanics to a particular type of team like DoT, FuA superbreak and soon remembrance.

@thegamehelperz2746 most of the 4 stars are becoming irrelevant in hsr due to power creep mainly the dps but now even the supports are starting to do worse and worse tingyun and pela as an example. In zzz this is already an apparent issue with the a rank dps we have, the only usable one in the endgame being piper , and is a decent breaker but does not give anything extra really outside of some energy for lightning characters and as you have seen we now have a new a rank stunner. The A ranks dont have to be as good as the new S ranks they just need to be end game viable and fit in neich rolls(ex.a rank anomaly off field sub dps) Power creep is everything about having more or less S ranks you can't expect to sell a new character when it's not in some way shap or form stronger than their predecessors.

@@2CANTCME every endgame in ZZZ and HSR can be cleared by A rank, tingyun and pela aren't doing worse they just faced unit of higher tier that do the same thing as them and better. releasing new A rank wont change anything about that. a gacha that release an A rank that does better than an S rank or is on par with S rank is ridiculous even more for F2P that dont have ressources to pull for all units and have to optimize the way they pull. u can want more A rank but if it's for meta purpose then its ridiculous to blame a gacha for not doing so. powercreep is about 2 unit doing the same thing but the latest one being better and a new A rank releasing but doing better than the previous S rank is just ridiculous. i want more A rank in the game but that has nothing to do with meta or varieety because at this point even as a f2p i have more than enought teams A rank included and even if i become a new player i can still do great with the actual A rank in the game. I UNDERSTAND YOUR POINT AND MOST OF THEM ARE FAIR BUT DONT TALK ABOUT META IN THIS KIND OF GAME WITH A RANK GOING ABOVE S RANK. Introducing more A-ranks benefits F2P and casual players by expanding content accessibility. This isn't about meta dominance; A-ranks, available in the standard pool, require minimal investment (primarily resources) and fill roles otherwise reserved for S-ranks. Power creep isn't just about new character strength; it also involves enemy scaling (increased HP, damage, resistances, etc.), rendering older units obsolete. The primary need is for stronger A-rank DPS units (especially Ether, Fire, Ice and Electric types) to address the lack of viable F2P options. A new breaker is also imminent.(Also no casual is beating endgame content with anton, corrin, or billy without sweating is tf out(Piper here is a huge win for the PHYS type)) Releasing a new A-rank every other patch would effectively balance the game for casual and F2P players
